Not financial, tax, or legal advice
The point-of-sale, reporting, invoice, tax calculation, and payslip features are administrative aids. None of them replaces an accountant, tax consultant, or legal advisor. Decisions you make based on app data are your responsibility.
Service availability
We work to keep the service accessible, but we do not guarantee it is free of interruptions at all times. Maintenance or outages at infrastructure providers may temporarily affect access.
Data accuracy
Figures in the app, such as stock, transactions, and balances, depend on the data you enter. We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate input.
Addresses and site content
The address owner is responsible for all content published at their address. We may take down addresses that are unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others. Unpaid addresses are released according to the holding-period rules and may be taken by someone else.
Payments
Payments are made through QRIS with a unique code and are confirmed after we match the funds. Make sure the amount matches what is shown. A wrong amount can slow down confirmation. The address fee is one-time and is not refunded once the address is active, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teras Usaha is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss resulting from use of the service. We recommend that you back up important data regularly.
