Privacy Policy

Summary

Teras Usaha ("we") provides a service for renting business apps at the address nama.terasusaha.com. This policy applies to visitors of terasusaha.com, all customer addresses under it, and users of apps rented through Teras Usaha.

Data we collect

• Account data: business name, email address, and password (stored encrypted by the authentication provider and not readable by us).
• Subscription data: the address you chose, the apps you rent, your active period, and payment order numbers.
• Data you enter yourself: products, transactions, invoices, employee data, site content, and more. We don't ask for your customers' personal data unless you enter it yourself.
• Proof of payment that you send via WhatsApp for confirmation.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type in security logs, plus the browser's local storage to keep your login session.

How we use data

• Running the apps and address you rent.
• Managing accounts, login security, and payments.
• Sending important emails: account activation, payment received, and subscription reminders.
• Preventing abuse, such as mass sign-ups.

We don't sell your data and don't use it for third-party advertising.

Storage and service providers

Data is stored on third-party infrastructure we use to run the service: Firebase/Google Cloud (authentication and database), Cloudflare (address serving and network security), and Resend (email delivery). Data access is set up so that each business can only read its own data.

Retention period

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. After an app's subscription ends, the data is kept for 30 days so it can be restored by renewing. After that, the data may be deleted. An address that is no longer subscribed is released 30 days after all of its apps have ended.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. We'll reply as soon as possible. For security, we may ask for verification from your registered account email.

Security

We use HTTPS connections, per-business access restrictions, and attempt limits on sensitive functions. No system is completely risk-free, so use a strong password and don't share it.

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest update is shown below. We'll communicate important changes by email or an announcement on the site.
